Fatigue affects us all. But, because of the nature of aviation, aviators may be more prone than you realize. Shift work, crossing multiple time zones, circadian rhythm disruptions and a host of other issues can bring about both short and long term fatigue. This video describes the symptoms of fatigue along with the counter measures aviators should employ to minimize and correct fatigue.
