BOSTON LOGAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BOS) RWY 27 SAFETY AREA
nOVEMBER 2025 – nOVEMBER 2026
Runway 27 safety area 200 feet east of the runway 27 threshold, contains irregular surface due to submerged concrete pylons in the water. The concrete pylons are part of the construction of the runway EMAS to improve the safety area of the runway. This is a two-year project and will be completed in November 2026.
