Closeout Requirements (updated February 23, 2009)

Below find the current Alaskan Region Airports Division guidance and requirements for AIP Grant Closeout. Documents 1 and 2 are required for every AIP Grant Closeout. Document 3 is required only for AIP Equipment Procurement projects, and Document 4 is informational to clarify items that should be submitted prior to closeout.

OMB Grant Administration Policy Draft Changes

OMB is requesting comments on "Reform of Federal Policies Relating to Grants and Cooperative Agreements; Cost Principles and Administrative Requirements (Including Single Audit Act)", which will consolidate, supersede, and streamline requirements from OMB Circulars A-21, A-87, A-110, and A-122 (2 CFR Parts 220, 225, 215, and 230); Circulars A-89, A-102, and A-133; the guidance in Circular A-50 on Single Audit Act follow-up.
