Can I still make medical certification decisions on my own?
Yes, as in the past, you will make the initial certification decision that will be subject to further review by the Aerospace Medical Certification Division. The system will not automatically print a certificate, so you will be issuing the certificate attached to the Form 8500-8 just as you did previously.
