    1. Air regulations for the U.S. and areas under its jurisdiction are published in Title 14 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1-199, entitled the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation. It is essential that persons engaged in air operations in the U.S. airspace be acquainted with the relevant regulations. Copies of the 14 CFR parts may be purchased from the:
