1. Air regulations for the U.S. and areas under its jurisdiction are published in Title 14 of the U.S. Code of ­Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 1-199, entitled the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of ­Transportation. It is essential that persons engaged in air operations in the U.S. airspace be acquainted with the ­relevant regulations. Copies of the 14 CFR parts may be purchased from the:
