EXPLANATION OF CHANGES

to the Office of Primary Interest (OPI).

1. Appendix 5. Air Traffic Initial Environmental Review (IER)

   This change replaces Appendix 5 with an updated Initial Environmental Review (IER) form to align with current ­flight procedure environmental impact review requirements.

2. Editorial Changes

   Editorial changes include removing any outdated, invalid, or inaccurate references to 40 CFR parts 1500-1508 ­and updating references to FAA Order 1050.1.

3. Entire Publication

   Additional editorial/format changes were made where necessary. Revision bars were not used because of the ­insignificant nature of these changes.
