In response to the numerous questions regarding the O'Hare Modernization Program and in a continuing effort to provide communication through community outreach, FAA will be posting the questions and FAA's responses on this web site. If the questions posed are outside FAA's jurisdiction we will forward them, as appropriate, to the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission (ONCC) or the City of Chicago.
