Who We Are:

The New York Certificate Management Office (CMO) has certificate management oversight responsibility for JetBlue Airways and Breeze Airways. We also have oversight responsibility for one Part 125 certificate holder- Project Orbis. This includes both domestic and international flight and maintenance operations, and aircrew training. To support the oversight activities of the agency, our Inspectors and support staff are located throughout the United States with the
largest conglomerate located at the following FAA facilities:

• Garden City, New York
• Orlando, Florida

All General Aviation or inquires outside the NY CMO air carriers listed above, should be directed towards the Farmingdale FSDO.
