FSBR B767 Rev 12, Boeing B767-200, -300, -300F, -400ER, and 767-2C

Summary:The purpose of this revision is to add subparagraph 9.2.3 to include training in takeoff/go-around (TO/GA) and autothrottle logic during go-arounds, rejected landings, and balked landings for B767-2C and B767-400ER aircraft.
