FAA Technical Library - About Us
The FAA Technical Library is located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace in southern New Jersey. The Library provides technical reference, research and document delivery services to FAA engineers, researchers, and the international aviation research community.
RSS feeds provide notifications to recently published reports.
Subscription services to ebooks, ejournals, research databases, access to industry specifications and standards are available to FAA employees and support contractors.

The Proquest ebrary ebook service contains titles in physical sciences, mathematics, and social sciences. Items not included in the core subscription may be added upon request. Contact the library for information.

EbscoHost Academic Search R&D, Applied Science and Technology and Engineering Source contain abstracts and full text articles to scholarly and peer reviewed research journals

Library Access
The library is located in Building 316 3rd floor room 3E165 (formerly room 319) at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace. Operating hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00am - 5:30pm and is open to FAA and contractor employees only.
Library subscription and research services are available to all FAA employees and contractors (COR authorization required).
Borrowing Policies
Borrowing privileges limited to current FAA employees and support contractors (COR authorization required).
The Library does not currently charge for overdue or lost materials, however the Library can limit or revoke the privileges of any customer abusing the borrowing privilege
The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace is located in southern New Jersey. The 5000 acre campus is home to the New Jersey Air National Guard 177th Fighter Wing, the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, The Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Laboratory and the Federal Air Marshall training facility. The Center is co-located with the Atlantic City International Airport. The Stockton Aviation Research and Technology Park (Stockton ARTP), a 501(c)(3) non-profit operated by the auxiliary organization of Stockton University, will be located adjacent to the campus of the Technical Center
