Abstract: Summary data with respect to occupational prevalence in the active airman population is presented according to major occupation groups utilized by the Bureau of the Census. Occupational characteristics of the active airman population are compared to the occupational characteristics of the general population of the United States. Type of flying engaged in by sample members is also presented.
