Abstract: Researchers conducted a literature review to describe the ability to integrate training technologies into the current Air Traffic Controller curriculum, specifically training at the FAA Academy. The literature review used research as a foundation to develop a comprehensive definition of adult learners, break down the various concepts of andragogy, and describe various training technologies used in blended learning. Best practices and recommendations in the areas of training design, instructional strategies, and technology support were also provided.
