SUMMARY OF CHANGES: The FAA is revising this collection to reflect conforming changes to FAA Form 8130-6 to align with proposed rule making under MOSAIC NPRM Docket number FAA–2023–1377. The significant changes to this form include:
• Updated to meet with the newest revision of Order 8130.2
Changes to this form have no other impacts on the collection, its justification, or burden information described herein. Therefore, the remainder of this justification is unchanged.
