This AC provides information and guidance for a Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 135, § 135.419, Approved Aircraft Inspection Program (AAIP). This AC is not mandatory and does not constitute a regulation. This AC describes an acceptable means, but not the only means, for a certificate holder (CH) to develop and obtain approval of an AAIP. The contents of this document do not have the force and effect of law and are not meant to bind the public in any way, and the document is intended only to provide information to the public regarding existing requirements under the law or agency policies.
