00-58 Voluntary Disclosure Reporting Program Replaces AC 120-56. Provides information and guidance that may be used by certificate holders, production approval holders, indirect air carriers, and foreign air carriers disclosing apparent violations to the FAA of regulations in 14 CFR parts 21, 107, 108, 109, 121, 125, 129 (security program violations only), 133, 135, 137, 141, 142, 145, & 147 under the self-disclosure program. The procedures outlined in this AC can be applied to all of the above. The procedures and practices outlined in this AC cannot be applied to those who are required to report failures, malfunctions and defects under 14 CFR part 21.3 and do not make those reports in the timeframe required by the regulation. 1998-05-04
