Order purpose statement
This order establishes the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Quality Control program, National Airspace System (NAS) Technical Evaluation Program (NASTEP) for Technical Operations Services. The NASTEP documents maintenance process review findings, provides immediate feedback to address discrepancies, and tracks issues to closure.
