Order purpose statement

This order establishes requirements for reporting interruptions to facilities and services in the National Airspace System (NAS). Technical Operations Control Centers (TOCC) must report interruptions to facilities and services within the NAS consistently and in real-time in compliance with the National Airspace Performance Reporting Services (NAPRS) program. NAPRS guidance provides information used to determine and evaluate the operating condition of NAS facilities and services. Consistent interruption reporting through the NAPRS program plays a significant role in delivering information to NAS users.
