This Maintenance Handbook (MTHB) provides guidance, technical standards, tolerances, and procedures applicable to the maintenance, inspection, and restoration of FAA NDP facilities and services. NDP facilities and services are defined as communications, surveillance and aircraft movement data that are provided to external customers. This manual also provides information on special methods and techniques, which will enable maintenance personnel to achieve full mission support capability from NDP equipment. This information augments information available in Technical Instruction Books (TIB) and other MTHBs and complements the latest edition of FAA Order 6000.15, General Maintenance Handbook for National Airspace System (NAS) Facilities. The specialized use of NDP Facilities and Services by external customers may conflict with some FAA Orders. In the event of a conflict, this order will take precedence.
This document has been identified as Sensitive Unclassified Information (SUI) and designated as For Official Use Only (FOUO) per FAA Order 1600.75 by the originating office. The document's Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) is AJW-B.
