Order purpose statement

This order defines the Facility Security Plan (FSP) for the William J. Hughes Technical Center (Center). The FSP establishes security requirements that apply to all FAA personnel (i.e., employees, contractors and tenants as defined in Appendix A of FAA Order 1600.72, Contractor and Industrial Security Program), other Government employees and contractors of tenant organizations and Center visitors. It identifies and assigns specific security responsibilities and procedures unique to the Center. NG Order 1600.30B fulfills the requirements of the FAA Facility Security Management Program (FSMP). This order provides direction and guidance for the Center’s compliance with the FAA FSMP. It identifies and assigns specific security responsibilities and policies unique to the Center.
