Order purpose statement

This order provides guidance to all FAA personnel for theadministration and accomplishment of the FAA Flight Procedures and Airspace Program.  Additionally, this order provides guidance for the military and other government agencies to usewhen interacting with the FAA regarding instrument flight procedures. This order containsguidance that is pertinent to 14 CFR parts 71, 91, 95, 97, 121, and 135.
