This notice provides a consistent process to document RegulatoryCompliance Actions (CA) and Enforcement Actions in the Safety Assurance System (SAS) andprovides an update on available tools and reports to track these actions. This notice also providesspecific instructions for documenting passenger interference cases in SAS and the EnforcementInformation System (EIS). This notice focuses on the locations within the automation whereinformation is entered to create quality records.
