Order purpose statement

This Order establishes the ARP COOP Plan to ensure that ARP can support an FAA response to “all-hazards” incidents, including a national security emergency or a catastrophic natural, man-made, or technological disaster.  It provides a baseline plan of action to ensure that ARP delivers continuous safe aviation operations services to airports supporting incident response operations during an emergency, and it offers timely, critical guidance to ARP employees.
