This order establishes the Air Traffic Organization’s (ATO’s) risk acceptance criteria that apply when the Acceptable Level of Risk (ALR) is implemented forspace missions in the National Airspace System (NAS). ALR and the missions to which ALR can be applied are identified and described in this order.
