Order purpose statement

This notice implements changes to FAA Order JO 7210.3EE, paragraph 2-1-9, Handling Bomb Threat Incidents, that pertain to adding a requirement for air traffic facilities to notify the National Tactical Security Operations (NTSO) Air Traffic Security Coordinator (ATSC) team at the Domestic Events Network (DEN) of bomb threats that occur.
