Order purpose statement

This notice announces new and revised management specifications (MSpecs), Letters of Authorization (LOA), and Certificates of Waiver (CoW) applicable to powered-lift operations conducted in accordance with Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) parts 61, 91, 91 subpart K (part 91K), 141, and 194. These authorizing documents will enable persons and certificate holders (CH) utilizing powered-lift to conduct pilot training and operations.
