This notice requires a focused review and provides revised policy and guidance on the qualifications for a Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 141 chief instructor and an assistant chief instructor for a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved 14 CFR part 141 appendix K special preparation course for the airline transport pilot certification training program (ATP CTP).
