Order purpose statement

This order defines the Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Radiation Safety Program (RSP), a comprehensive program designed to protect employees by anticipating, identifying, and seeking to control occupational exposures to ionizing radiation (IR) and non-ionizing radiation (NIR) that may occur as part of the installation, operation, and/or maintenance of NAS facilities.
