Order purpose statement

This notice provides revised policy for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order 8900.1, Volume 3, Chapter 6, Section 1, Subparagraph 3-149F3), Military Flyovers, and discusses changes to Department of Defense (DOD) Form 2535 (DD Form 2535), Request for Military Aerial Support. The current DD Form 2535 is the 09/2025 version.
