Order purpose statement

This order provides information on using existing Aircraft Certification Service (AIR) directives, advisory circulars (ACs), policy statements, policy memorandums, and technical standard orders (TSOs) after AIR’s 2026 realignment. This order maintains operational continuity across historical realignments (2017-2026) by establishing official routing and functional equivalencies for legacy document references. It does notestablish new regulatory policy.
