Order purpose statement

The purpose of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J. Hughes Technical Center "Technical Center" Safety and Health Order is to provide employees with general guidelines for implementing a high quality Occupational Safety Health (OSH) program. It is not an exhaustive source document but rather an approach to safety.

The Order brings together information that will assist employees and supervisors in carrying out their responsibilities in ensuring a safe environment at the Technical Center for visitors, contractors, and employees.  All personnel should read this Order and conduct their work accordingly.
