Who We Are

The Honolulu Flight Standards District Office (HNL FSDO) has responsibilities for the General Aviation Safety Assurance (GASA) community, primary responsible for certification, surveillance, and certificate management of all air carriers, air operators, airmen, and air agencies for the following Federal Regulations: 14 CFR Part 43, 61, 65, 91, 133, 135, 137, 141, 145, 147, 183, and other areas. Our primary geographic area of responsibility includes Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa and other areas within this geographic boundary.
