Filing an EEO Complaint of Discrimination

The Office of Civil Rights has established the National Intake Unit for current and former employees and applicants who wish to initiate the EEO Pre-Complaint process. To initiate the process, you may fill out the form below, send an email to ACR Complaint Services, or call 1 (888) WK-IT-OUT (1 (888) 954-8688) or 1 (800) 877-8339 (TTY relay service). The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday except for holidays. If you need to contact us during non-operational hours, please leave a voicemail and a counselor will return your call within the next business day.
