The Customer Service Branch, AML-031, is the communications focal point for the FAA Logistics Center. Our mission is to serve FAA Logistics Center customers throughout the National Airspace System (NAS), Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other government agencies.

Our customer service specialists assist with order processing, order status, and part number research. We also receive and process customer feedback through our Customer Service Action (CSA) process. Our customer service field representatives promote goods and services available from the FAA Logistics Center, address customer issues, and visit customer facilities. They are the central point of contact for the FAA's National Operations Control Center (NOCC) and FAA Logistics Center disaster coordinators.
