Runway closure includes special use such as air shows and runways closed for seasonal reasons by local government or airport authorities. This code includes firmware changes issued as modifications. For NAPRS reporting purposes the definition for an FSEP primary key field is Facility Identification Code (FIC), Class, Facility Type or Location Ident. Use this code for service reporting only with the exception of certain facilities specified in the NAPRS desk guide. | 0-Operating System 1-Software Load 2-Adaptation Load 3-Chart Load 4- Firmware |
| 87 | Unknown | Use this code for those situations where the cause of the interruption or a logical explanation for the problem cannot be determined. Do not use this code if there is a reasonable certainty that the equipment, software, weather, power, or leased telco lines caused the problem. Control Centers may use this code until they know the exact cause of the interruption. If used, Control Centers must change this cause code to the correct cause code once there is a final determination of the cause of the interruption. | 0-Unknown |
