All-Cargo Reporting with Form 5100-108
The FAA annually asks airports to report their annual cargo collections. The all-cargo reporting is limited to aircraft operations dedicated to the exclusive transportation of cargo. The FAA will use this data to determine the allocation of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Airport Improvement Program (AIP) cargo entitlement funds.

By submitting data (paper or electronic), you are certifying, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is true, correct and complete to the best of your knowledge, information and belief.
Submission Templates and Instructions:
Calendar Year (CY) 2024 all-cargo data submissions are due by March 14, 2025. All-cargo data must be submitted electronically through the Airports External Portal (AEP) site using the excel template (see link below). FAA’s MyAccess multifactor authentication (MFA) is now the new method to log into AEP and for guidance you can refer to the Instructions provided in the link below.
