Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO)

Reno/Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is a medium-sized multi-use airport, located on the east edge of the city of Reno. The traffic mix consists of small single-engine aircraft to heavy military transports. Varying pilot experience levels, combined with a diverse aircraft and traffic mix, make Reno a challenge. The airport also experiences a major increase in traffic during the annual Burning Man Festival. Be aware that the runways at RNO were recently renamed due to magnetic variation.

Reid-Hillview Airport of Santa Clara County (RHV)

Reid-Hillview (RHV) of Santa Clara County, is a small, primarily general aviation airport located on the southeast side of the city of San Jose, California. It is less than five miles southeast of the larger Norman Y Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC), with a similar runway configuration. These two airports are so close that they are often mistaken for one another, even with the considerable difference in size. Reid-Hillview has its own Class Delta airspace that is adjacent to and underneath the Class Charlie airspace at San Jose.

Prescott Regional Airport – Ernest A Love Field (PRC)

Prescott Regional Airport-Ernest A Love Field (PRC) is a medium sized, multi-use airport located 7 miles northeast of the city of Prescott, Arizona. PRC is a commercial service airport and is one of the nation's top 50-busiest airports due to intensive fixed wing and helicopter flight training. In addition, the airport supports recreational general aviation, corporate aviation, air cargo, military and U.S. Forest Service fixed wing and helicopter firefighting operations.

Portland-Hillsboro Airport (HIO)

Portland-Hillsboro Airport (HIO) is in Hillsboro, Oregon and is located 15 miles west of the larger Portland International Airport (PDX). Extensive flight training, many tenant aircraft, and business and corporate aviation services utilize the airport. Portland International Jetport (PWM) is a medium sized, multi-use airport located west of the popular seaside city of Portland, Maine. The traffic mix consists of everything from light general aviation aircraft, to air carrier/air taxi, to large and heavy military aircraft. The airport configuration consists of two intersecting runways 11-29 and 18-36.
