Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV)

Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport (BTV) is a multi-use airport, located just east of the city of Burlington, Vermont. It serves the air carrier, general and corporate aviation communities and is home to the Green Mountain Boys of the Vermont Air National Guard. Buchanan Field Airport (CCR)

Buchanan Field Airport (CCR) is a medium sized, primarily general and business aviation airport located in the city of Concord, CA, just northeast of the San Francisco – Oakland Bay area. Its location just outside the SFO Class Bravo airspace makes it an attractive alternative to pilots visiting the area, and it is home to no less than three major flight schools.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN)

Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) is a medium sized multi-use airport located approximately five miles northwest of Bozeman and just east of Belgrade in Montana. It caters to air carriers, as well as general aviation aircraft. Traffic tends to be especially busy between the hours of 10am and 2pm. The airport provides convenient access to Yellowstone National Park, several ski areas, and other recreational and business destinations in the area. 

Bowman Field Airport (LOU)

Bowman Field (LOU) is a medium sized primarily general and corporate aviation airport located on the eastern end of the city of Louisville, Kentucky. It is just 3 miles northeast of the larger Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (KSDF). Even with the size difference and the dissimilar runway configurations, pilots sometimes confuse the two airports. It has irregular shaped Class Delta airspace due to its proximity to SDF and underlies the Louisville Class Charlie. The irregular shape demands extra attention, especially when landing runway 6.

Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR)

Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) also known as Ryan Field, is a public use airport located four miles north of the central business district of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It's a mixed-use airport with commercial, transient, and local GA, air taxi and military aircraft operations. Aurora Municipal Airport (ARR)

Aurora Municipal Airport (ARR) is a medium sized, primarily general and business aviation airport. ARR is located a little more than 25 miles southwest of the Chicago O'Hare International Airport and just west of the city of Aurora. It can be a convenient alternative to other more congested airports. The airport has intersecting runways, including one that is sometimes used as a taxiway.

Eppley Airfield (OMA)

Eppley Airfield (OMA) is a medium sized, multi-use airport located on the northeast side of the city of Omaha, Nebraska. It is surrounded on all four sides by bodies of water. The Missouri River bounds the north, east, and south sides of the airport, with Carter Lake on the west. The location on the northeast edge of the city sometimes makes OMA difficult to find at night. Council Bluffs Airport (CBF) is located approximately five miles to the southeast and Offutt Air Force Base (OFF) is ten miles to the south.

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is a multi-use airport, located approximately five miles south of the city of Asheville, North Carolina. It serves the air carrier, air taxi, as well as general and military aviation communities. Addison Airport (ADS)

Addison Airport (ADS) is a single runway, multi-use airport located just 10 miles northeast of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and six miles north of Dallas Love Field Airport. It provides a convenient alternative for corporate and business aviation. It is also home to numerous flight schools, and on any given day, the airport provides services to aircraft ranging from Cessna 150's to corporate jets on their single runway. The airspace at ADS is Class D with a ceiling up to but not including 3,000’ MSL. ADS underlies Dallas-FT Worth Class B airspace.

Teterboro Airport (TEB)

Teterboro Airport (TEB) is a medium sized airport servicing the business and general aviation communities. Its location in Teterboro, New Jersey, just across the Hudson River from New York City, makes it a good alternative for individuals and businesses traveling to the NY Metro area.  RWYs 06, 19 and 24 have Engineered Materials Arresting Systems (EMAS).  View a printable Pilot Handbook of the TEB information found on this Web page.
