Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) is a primarily business and general aviation airport with modest air taxi/air carrier operations. Located on Florida's west coast and some 30 miles south of the larger Tampa International Airport, SRQ is a convenient starting point for international business and GA flights. FBOs are located on the north, east and west sides of the airport and the passenger terminal is located to the south. View a printable Pilot Handbook of the SRQ information found on this Web page.

Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA)

Major Taxiway Nomenclature Changes Coming to Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA), CA

SBA will begin construction on or about April 15, 2024, lasting approximately 14 weeks, to improve various markings, signage, and lighting on the airfield. Concurrent with construction progress, existing taxiways will be renamed to meet FAA standards and to enhance pilot situational awareness.
The project will present the following impacts to aircraft operation:

San Antonio International Airport (SAT)

San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is about eight miles north of downtown San Antonio. The large metropolitan airport has three runways servicing air carrier, air cargo, business and general aviation. SAT has class Charlie airspace associated with the airport as well as several military operations areas. High intensity glider activity can be found just 15  miles northwest of the airport on final for runway 13R. San Antonio tower does not have ground radar surveillance. This leads to increased complexity during periods of low visibility at the airport.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)

Salt Lake City International (SLC) is a large commercial airport located northwest of the city of Salt Lake City, Utah. While it consists mostly of air carrier traffic, there is a robust business and general aviation presence located on the east side of the airport. The runway configuration consists of a set of parallel runways, 16L and R and 34 L and R, primarily used for air carrier operations. East of these runways are two more runways, 14-32 and 17-35, more commonly used for the business and general aviation community. 17-35 is also regularly used by air carriers.

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC)

Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (BJC) is a medium sized, multi-use airport located 20 miles west of the Denver International Airport. Situated on the northwest edge of the metropolitan area, it provides a convenient alternative to Business and General Aviation pilots visiting the Denver area.

Tulsa Riverside Airport (RVS)

Tulsa Riverside Airport (RVS) is located just southwest of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The larger Tulsa International Airport is located 10 miles northeast of the field on the opposite side of the city. This makes Riverside an attractive alternative for business and general aviation itinerant aircraft. It is also home to no less than six active flight schools and numerous hangered private aircraft.

Republic Airport (FRG)

Republic Airport (FRG) is a medium sized, primarily general and Business aviation airport located on New York's Long Island. Located just east of The Village of Farmingdale, the airport is approximately 15 miles east of JFK, and approximately 15 miles west of Long Island MacArthur Airport, located in the town of Islip. Farmingdale has non-standard shaped Class Delta airspace that extends from the surface to 2600 feet. The airspace also underlies the New York Class Bravo, and is just west of the Islip Class Charlie.
