Airport Improvement Program (AIP) 2023-2025 Supplemental Appropriation

The FAA's regular Airport Improvement Program (AIP) provides more than $3.18 billion annually in entitlement and discretionary grant funds for a network of more than 3,300 eligible airports. Revitalizing Washington Dulles International Airport

The Department of Transportation has launched an initiative to explore the revitalization of Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The Secretary is inviting proposals and public-private partnership plans from the best and brightest developers, architects, and engineers to construct completely new terminals and concourses at IAD. These structures would replace or build on the existing main terminal and satellite concourses at IAD.
