- It is recommended that the brochure be printed in color and double-sided.
- When printing double-sided, be sure to select 'flip on short edge'.
- Lay the document down so you see the columns labeled A Just Culture for Safety', 'Your Rights' and 'Your Rights (cont'd)'. Take the right column and fold it over the center, and then take the left column and fold it over the center. This should result in the front of the brochure (with the aircraft cockpit graphic) on top.
- For electronic transmission, use the Compliance Program and Airman Rights Brochure e-mail version. Fill in the form field on page 4 of the Brochure indicating the nature of the investigation and transmit the completed form.
