This advisory circular (AC) provides guidance to holders of certificates under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) parts 119 and 125, and foreign air carriers issued operations specifications under 14 CFR part 129 (operators), and part 145 (repair stations) who voluntarily disclose to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) their violation(s) of certain hazardous materials regulations under this voluntary disclosure reporting program (VDRP).
