Every year, the FAA has a short window for any eligible U.S. citizen to apply to become an air traffic controller (ATC). To raise awareness for the upcoming application window (April 19-22, 2024), the FAA has launched a campaign called Be ATC to encourage more applications from women, minorities, and individuals from underrepresented communities.
