Airport Construction Notices

Current Status

The Federal NOTAM System (FNS) is currently automating the publication of Airport Construction Notice Diagrams to an Automated Closure/Restriction Notice Diagram. Manual Construction Notice Diagrams are no longer developed for airports that have not completed the automation process.

Pueblo Memorial Airport (PUB)

Pueblo Memorial Airport (PUB) is a full-service municipal airport, located northeast of the city of Pueblo, CO., and at the eastern edge of the Rocky Mountains. The City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS) is approximately 32 miles to the north. The traffic mix consists of a high amount of military along with transient and local general aviation, air taxi and commercial airline operations.

City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS)

City of Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (COS) is a public, civil-military airport located six miles southeast of downtown Colorado Springs, CO. Known as Colorado Springs Airport, it is the second busiest commercial service airport in the state after Denver International Airport. COS is home to Peterson Space Force Base, which is located on the north side of RWY 13/31. COS has a diverse mix of traffic with fast-moving military aircraft, commercial airlines, itinerant GA aircraft, medevac helicopters and flight school pattern traffic.

Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF)

Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF) is a medium sized, multi-use airport located just northwest of Springfield, Missouri. It has its own Class Charlie airspace and pilots inbound to the airport need to ensure a complete and thorough understanding of the rules and requirements for operating in this airspace. The traffic mix is diverse and includes primary trainers up through air carriers and military aircraft. This assortment of pilot experience and aircraft capability makes Springfield-Branson National an interesting place to fly.

Advanced Air Mobility Infrastructure

Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) aircraft is an umbrella term for aircraft that are typically highly automated, electrically powered, and have vertical take-off and landing capability. Many of these aircraft fall into the powered-lift category are often referred to as air taxis. AAM aircraft could also be used to transport cargo and passengers, help with firefighting, and provide search and rescue operations.
