Reauthorization Program Guidance Letters (R-PGLs)

R-PGLs communicate provisions in reauthorization acts that impact Airports' programs. The FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024 (P.L. 118-63) and the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (P.L. 115-254) included numerous changes to statutes and other authorizing acts governing the operations and administration of multiple programs under the Office of Airports (ARP or Airports).

Note: Provisions requiring further implementation may not be available immediately. The Office of Airports encourages users to sign up for notifications to receive announcements when the content on this page is updated. Additional guidance on other sections in reauthorization acts may be issued by the Office of Airport Safety and Standards and the Office of Airport Compliance and Management Analysis, as applicable.
