Verification of Airmen Certificate Information
If you prefer a written response from our office, submit your request to Airmen Certification Branch for verification. The letter must include your business name, physical and email addresses. Please provide the airman’s full name, date of birth, and certificate number. Please include the preferred method you wish to receive you response, i.e. email, fax or mail.
Send your request via email to 9-AMC-AFS760-Airmen@faa.gov.
If you require a verification letter of your FAA airman certificate, for a Foreign Civil Aviation Authority, the request must come directly from the Foreign Civil Aviation Authority to the FAA. We will reply only to the official email address for the Foreign Civil Aviation Authority.
