FAA and BLM Announce Public Meetings on Proposed Supplemental Airport for Las Vegas
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will hold two in-person public meetings to solicit input on the draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Southern Nevada Supplemental Airport.
The proposed new airport would add airfield capacity to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area for commercial and general aviation aircraft operators.
The meetings are part of the agencies’ environmental review process and are intended to give people an opportunity to learn more about the project and provide comments.
The meeting details are as follows:
- Tuesday, July 30, 2025
