Gusty wind and low clouds may delay flights in Boston (BOS) and New York (EWR, JFK, LGA). Afternoon thunderstorms could slow traffic in Atlanta (ATL) and Charlotte (CLT). Low clouds are forecast in San Francisco (SFO) and Seattle (SEA).
