WASHINGTON — The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a $69,948 civil penalty against Holling Enterprises of St. Augustine, Florida, for allegedly violating aircraft maintenance regulations.  

The FAA alleges the repair station performed maintenance on wheel and tire assemblies on aircraft for which it was not rated and at a non-authorized location. In addition, the FAA alleges Holling approved the parts for return to service when not certified to do so. The alleged violations occurred on various dates between July 2025 and September 2025.  

Holling has 30 days after receiving the FAA’s enforcement letter to respond to the agency.
