The Operations Division is responsible for the following areas:

  • office-wide administrative matters
  • internal personnel processes
  • resource management
  • labor relations
  • budget formulation and execution
  • acquisition
  • space allocation
  • IT systems
  • non-legal training
  • strategic and business planning
  • management systems (including correspondence and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) control)
