Standing Order 2021-5 explains the procedures for using email to file documents with the ODRA. It also explains how to use a secure cloud depository—called the Knowledge System Network (KSN)—to file and retrieve documents in cases with very large records. Parties wishing to use the KSN must complete and file a KSN User Filing Agreement.
