Servicing HR Specialist
Your HR Specialist is your dedicated contact that handles the processing of your offer letter. Any questions you may have regarding the offer package you've receive including the offer details, the EODS system, background investigation, or report to duty date should be directed to your HR Specialist. You can find the contact information for your HR Specialist in your Firm Offer Letter.
Manager
Your manager (or their designee) is your point of contact for onboarding. They will prepare for your arrival by securing appropriate assets (PC, phone, systems access, etc.) and ensuring that a workspace is set up for you. Your manager will also develop a training plan and assimilation plan to get you up to speed in your new role. You will find contact information for your manager in your Firm Offer Letter.
Corporate Engagement Office
This office manages the Corporate Onboarding Program including the New Employee Orientation session, onboarding websites and materials, and acts as an ongoing resource for new employees and managers.
